Whenever You “can’t”, You’re Blessed!

Author’s note. The Lord has taught me this valuable lesson and I’m very excited to share it with you all.

Depressed

Have you ever experienced being brought or maybe even “thrown” to a situation wherein you literally know little or nothing about? Maybe the teacher asks you to report on something you don’t really understand quite well or maybe your boss led you to work on something that isn’t your forte, maybe you were given a certain task at home/school/office/church and you don’t know where to start or how to get it done because you aren’t knowledgeable enough to do it.

And then worry starts to linger in your mind and stress comes in and you begin to become unfocused, then you become depressed, sad, and then self-pity comes in and the list goes on. Oh what an awful feeling!

The good news is, the Lord knows why you are in that particular situation and the Lord knows you can’t do it on your own. You may wander how did that become good news??

Well, here are 3 things you need to keep in mind whenever you find yourself in that kind of situation.

1. God wants you to know that He knows.

God is omniscient meaning He is all-knowing. He knows what’s happening in our lives–good or bad. He knows what will happen next. Actually, He sees our life, from beginning to end, in one picture. That’s how Sovereign God is. So when you’re in that unlikely situation, remember that God knows you’re there. It’s not only that He knows but #2 says…

2. God wants you to trust Him.

Proverbs 3:5 says, Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Now that you know God knows, you have to trust Him. First because He is a caring God who will always help His children. Second, His unconditional love for us in the Cross of Calvary is enough proof that He is trustworthy. Always remember the last part of the verse because that is what we usually do which hinders us to trust in God. We lean on our own understanding when the truth is, we really don’t see the entire picture. JUST DO YOUR BEST AND TRUST GOD FOR THE RESULT.

3. God wants you to believe He will deliver.

He always does, I am a living proof to that. When you know that He knows your situation and you trust God, you should also believe that He will deliver you from that situation. God shows His power in ways that will just leave us standing in awe of His grace.

With these 3 things to keep in mind, remember that whenever you can’t, you’re blessed because you’re about to witness God’s deliverance. I personally believe that God purposely puts you in a situation where you think (in your own understanding) that it is an impossible task and cannot be done because He wants you to trust Him and believe that He can deliver. Imagine life where you have all the stack knowledge that you need on suprise reports or immediate tasks that needs to be done, will you be able to rely fully on God’s grace? I think not.

So be grateful for those unlikely situation because you are truly blessed to experience God’s grace every step of the way. 🙂

**Share your awful situations on the comment box below and share how God delivered you from that situation. Looking forward to reading your testimonies.
